We are currently recruiting for volunteers to help with out out new program, Stress Management at Venice Family Free Clinic!

What a lot of people aren’t aware of is that stress plays a major role in our everyday life, and it can lead to a lot of a health problems if it is not dealt with correctly. In the class, we talk about what stress is an demonstrate deep breathing and relaxation techniques.

If you are interested feel free to attend our information session!!

**Keep in mind, in order to volunteer at the clinic we will require immunization records as well as a TB test, but you don’t need to have these done by the information session**
