Free Qi Gong and Tai Chi Sessions

Unwind at the end of the day on the Fowler Museum terrace with a Qi Gong and Tai-Chi session led by UCLA Recreation instructor Peter Asco.  This hour-long workshop includes gentle movement and breathing technique and focuses on building physical and mental strength and wellbeing. These free classes are held every Thursday night in August.
