Grab your comfortable clothes and shoes to participate in a hands-on demonstration of Tai Chi presented by Peter Asco, UCLA Recreation’s own Tai Chi & Qi Gong instructor since 1998 and recipient of the FitWell Impact Award!

Enjoy a lecture by the renowned Dr. Michael Irwin, whose current research shows the health benefits of Tai Chi — improves overall health functioning in older adults, boosts immunity, augments vaccine responses, enhances sleep quality, and reduces depressive symptoms.
