Gloria Kamler is a mindfulness mediation instructor at the UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) and will be leading a workshop on mindfulness.  A sound mind is just as important as a sound body. Train yourself to stop, breathe, observe and connect with your inner experiences through activities such as meditation, yoga, or time with nature.  Medicine for the mind can help with stress, high blood pressure, as well as increase attention and focus.
